Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition that you received them
    • Be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@bloomshop.online with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return
  • Photos of the product if there’s damage or a defect

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved:
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our toys. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect for faster assistance.

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
