Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@bloomshop.online with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Photos of the product if there’s damage or a defect
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@bloomshop.online.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our toys. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect for faster assistance.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
